So I haven’t posted here in a while. First off I’ve been pretty busy, but I’ve also gotten really frustrated.

By the time I kind of got fed up, I had been eating healthy and working out for about a month. I hadn’t seenanyresults. While the past about week to 2 weeks, I’ve been so busy, I haven’t really focused on my diet or exercise. But even before that I haven’t noticed any change.

Its frustrating for me, as I felt like I was making changes, but not seeing results. So it makes me frustrated and then not even wanting to do anything, becuase if it wasn’t making a difference, I thought, then why do it?

I’m not really sure why I’m not loosing any weight. I really don’t know, but recently I’ve been very upset with the way I look, and I want it to change. But I’m struggling with how to. I’ve just got to figure it out. I’m going to start over a new leaf this week. And hopefully see some changes. If anyone has any changes, please let me know

I got back into the gym today. My mom felt my back last night, and I actually have several large knots in my back. The largest and most painful is by my right shoulder blade, but I have them all over.

I did 20 minutes on the eliptical and then sat in the hot tub. I tried to take it easy, so hopefully these knots will go away soon!

Chocolate Protein Shake

This is a shake I’ve been drinking for a few days know, and it is absolutley delicious! Its a different taste and first but the more I drink it, the more I love it! I blend mine using a ‘Ninja’ Hope you enjoy!

4 or 5 ice cubes(depending on how thick you would like it)
1/2 of a medium banana(you can use the whole banana if you would like more flavor)
3/4 cup of milk(I use 1%)
1 packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials(Powder) (I use Rich Chocolate)
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey protein powder

Blend.

Its approximently 330 calories! It has so much protein, and vitamins in it! And it honestly gives you so much energy, and keeps you full very long. Let me know if you try this!

For me the past 2 days have been pretty tough. My back has been really sore, making it difficult to even do basic things like walking around and doirng things i’m used to. I go back to dance tomorrow, so lets hope that I can do ok there tomorrow. I’m going to go to the gym to do some cardio and sit in the hot tub and/or sauna at my gym to hopefully sothe my muscle. Its a pain and soemthing that is tough for me to deal with.

Unfortently my eating hasn’t been that great either. i need to remember when I’m not working out, I have to eat less. I can’t eat as much. But that’s ok. Tomorrow’s a new day, and it’ll go back on track.
