So I haven’t posted here in a while. First off I’ve been pretty busy, but I’ve also gotten really frustrated.
By the time I kind of got fed up, I had been eating healthy and working out for about a month. I hadn’t seenanyresults. While the past about week to 2 weeks, I’ve been so busy, I haven’t really focused on my diet or exercise. But even before that I haven’t noticed any change.
Its frustrating for me, as I felt like I was making changes, but not seeing results. So it makes me frustrated and then not even wanting to do anything, becuase if it wasn’t making a difference, I thought, then why do it?
I’m not really sure why I’m not loosing any weight. I really don’t know, but recently I’ve been very upset with the way I look, and I want it to change. But I’m struggling with how to. I’ve just got to figure it out. I’m going to start over a new leaf this week. And hopefully see some changes. If anyone has any changes, please let me know
